Product Overview:
Mirka 9" x 0.19" (4.3mm) thick 25-hole Interface Pad (9199) is used in combination with 9" hook & loop sanding discs and the Mirka LEROS 9" Electric Sanders for sanding rounded surfaces and contours.
Perfectly suited for use with the Mirka 9" Grip Backup Pad (919GV) and Mirka Abranet and Abranet Ace 9" Sanding Discs (9A-223 and AC-223 Series). The 25-hole pattern allows for efficient dust extraction when used with vacuum sanding discs such as Mirka's net products and a vacuum set up.
Using an interface pad will produce a softer sanding result and minimizes over-sanding on curved surfaces.
The interface pad is placed between the backing pad and the sanding disc.
